Avenue of Flags event to remain city-sponsored through 2036
Council will vote on Resolution No. 5135 to continue the Avenue of Flags event, run in partnership with the Overland Park Host Lions Club, as an official city-sponsored public event through 2036.
Why it matters: This keeps a long-running community tradition officially backed by the city for the next decade.
