Council will consider a special use permit allowing a hotel to operate indefinitely at 11011 Cody, a property currently zoned for office use. The Planning Commission already approved the request on June 8, 2026, by a 10-0 vote.
Why it matters: Nearby residents and businesses could see new traffic and activity from a hotel replacing what's currently zoned for offices.
